Anger Management Classes RELAX- Alternatives to Anger -4 week program
These classes engage adult learners in a group setting to increase anger management skills by promoting social emotional health including expressing emotions, dealing with stress, resolving conflict, understanding others perspective, and maintaining healthy, supportive relationships. Four Lessons include topics of:
What is anger? What are your anger triggers?
Identifying how you respond to anger and how to de-stress
Learn problem solving skills, listening, accepting others
Forgiving and letting go of the past, putting concepts into practice
Class schedule: Jan. 16, 23, 30 and Feb. 6 from 3-4pm (4 weeks) OR Mar. 21, 28 and Apr. 4, 11 from 11-12 (4 weeks)
