Back by popular demand, self-love weekend with J A E Fitness, Esthetics by Skyler and Release Massage!
J A E will start the morning with a 30-minute barre preview. If you see barre on our schedule but have no idea what that means, this is your opportunity! We will bo through all of the basics but for the experienced barre ladies, don't worry, we will make you sweat!
Skyler will follow with facemasks to leave you literally glowing for your evening plans and Release Massage will be working their magic with mini massages.
Just bring $10, wear your comfy clothes and we will have refreshments throughout!
