Make a donation to ADFAC Project Safe on February 12th at Oak Ridge Utility District, and receive flowers, candy, balloons for your Valentine!  100% of the profits go to ADFAC Project Safe.  Project Safe is a utilities assistance helping program helping eligible families with Utility bills or deposits in times of extreme need.
