Event Description:
Come join the Roane State Music Department in a celebration of music, food, and entertainment to support our tour programs!
From 5-6pm, guests will taste gumbos from local restaurants, caterers, community organizations, and individuals while the RSCC Music Department provides live music inside the theatre.
From 6-7pm, hear the results of the gumbo contest, enjoy a cupcake for dessert, enter the costume contest, and join in the parade with the crowned King and Queen of Mardi Gras!
Throughout the event, we also provide face painting and a photo booth so you can remember all the fun and share with your friends!
Children are welcome, but the event is focused toward adults. Beverages are soda and tea. NO ALCOHOL IS SERVED.
