As a result of participating in Getting Ahead at Work by Growing Your Value as an Employee, a participant will:
Those with at least two years of workplace experience including college students and technology center students are encouraged to attend this exciting series!
As a result of participating in Getting Ahead at Work by Growing Your Value as an Employee, a participant will:
- better understand what managers expect of their employees
- gain insight into the importance of the employee increasing the profitability of the employer
- develop skills that will enhance external and internal customer satisfaction
- have an understanding of the impact of her/his appearance on others
- learn skills that will enhance her/his ability to relate to customers, managers, and co-workers
- be better able to positively respond to managerial criticism/coaching
