The processes of recruiting, welcoming, and training new employees plays an important role in increasing productivity, reducing employee turnover and creating an environment where workers feel valued.

The most successful Onboarding Programs integrate recruitment, orientation, training, and management efforts that bring a new employee into the organization. When these processes are integrated, the new employee is prepared to excel from day one.
