About Our Speaker: Jennifer Henry
Jennifer is a Human Resources Generalist with Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) and has been in that position since March 2015. At ORAU, she has the goal of finding qualified, talented, motivated applicants for all ORAU positions; there are many ways in which she accomplishes her goal.
Prior to joining ORAU, Jennifer was the HR Manager for Albahealth, an Encompass Group company, beginning in November 2013. From 2008 through 2013, she was with SAIC as a Human Resources Generalist. She is the 2015 President of the Oak Ridge Human Resources Association (ORHRA). Prior to her role as President, she served as ORHRA’s Programs Director from January 2011 to December 2014.
She has a MA, Human Resources Development from Tusculum College; a BS, Human Resources Development from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville; and has earned certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute. Jennifer has also earned her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
