Approximately 525 high school juniors will attend this event from all 5 of Roane County's high schools.
Why You Should Participate:
To let your future employees know what skills and attitude you consider important to be successful in the workplace.
You are helping to educate and cultivate your future workforce; this is an investment in your business today and tomorrow; you are helping to fill your employee pipeline.
Students need to understand the opportunities and educational/training requirements for careers within your organization and industry.
You to make contact with future employees and teach them about your business and work-based learning and cooperative education (co-op) opportunities.
