Small Business Diversity Summitt presented by UCOR & Pellissippi State

UCOR is putting on a Small Business Diversity Summit on August 13^th from 8am - 12pm as a joint project with Pellissippi State.  It?s a half-day event and they are offering it free of charge to small businesses in the area. The keynote speaker is Pat Harris from McDonald?s Corporation, while other speakers are Clifford Brown from Accenture who will talk about using employee resource groups, and Cheryl Cabbil from AECOM who will talk about how to recognize microaggressions to strengthen your workforce.
