Your are invited: The Roane Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Work Group is hosting a workshop on March 10, 8 - 9 am at Roane Medical Center Community Room for healthcare professionals. Please RSVP to Kris (Hontz) Brinkmeier by March 8. Limited Space - Please RSVP.
Objectives to include:
- Overview of NAS in Roane County
- What is being done in Roane County?
- Resources available

The Roane County Anti-Drug Coalition established a Roane Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Work Group in July 2015. The group consists of the Roane County Health Department, Ridgeview Behavioral Health, Dirstrict Attorney's Office, Roane Head Start, Active Family & Sports Chiropractic, and many more concerned citizens. The group meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 11:30 am at the RCADC office in Kingston.
