DESCRIPTION:Dear Roane County Employer:\n\n \n\nRoane State has a special request of you.  \n\n \n\nWe are in the second year of our Middle College experience. This program is giving selected Roane County high schools students the opportunity to take both high school and Roane State classes during their junior and senior years.  At the end of their senior year of high school\, the students that successfully complete this program are graduating with both their high school diploma and an associate degree from Roane State. These are some of the brightest and highest driven students in our Roane County school system! \n\n \n\nThese students need your help now.  They are looking to experience the "world of work" as it aligns with the classes and pathways they are currently taking.  They would like to Job Shadow for a day during their upcoming spring break (March 21   March 24).  What we are asking from you is to offer a day long experience at your company to any of the six students seeking this opportunity. The Job Shadow experience would be just that\, an opportunity of placing a student with an employee(s) to find out more about your company\, the work that you do and an insight to the professionals that work for you.
