DESCRIPTION:Businesses and organizations are encouraged to take part in a free opportunity to promote your business or organizations at Kingston Parks & Recreation Spook-tacular at Fort Southwest Point. Parks and Rec provides an 8 foot table that you decorate as "your station"\, and have the chance to win the "Most Spook-tacular Station Award" to hang in your business for the year.  There is no charge for this event but you must provide treats for approximately 275 children. You may also give out any type of "kid  friendly" promotional info/items.\n\n\n\nThere will also be games for the kids\, and at 7 p.m. spooky storytelling by Elizabeth Rose.\n\n\n\nSet up beginning at 4 p.m.\n\nTreat-or-Treating 6-7 p.m.
