DESCRIPTION:Roane Chamber Lunch & Learn Workshop Series presented by SCORE:\n\nGetting Ahead at Work by Growing Your Value as an Employee\n\n\n\nAs a result of participating in Getting Ahead at Work by Growing Your Value as an Employee\, a participant will:\n\n \n\n better understand what managers expect of their employees\n gain insight into the importance of the employee increasing the profitability of the employer\n develop skills that will enhance external and internal customer satisfaction\n have an understanding of the impact of her/his appearance on others\n learn skills that will enhance her/his ability to relate to customers\, managers\, and co-workers\n be better able to positively respond to managerial criticism/coaching\n\nThe workshop series consists of three 2 hour weekly sessions. A participant who attends all three sessions will get a letter of course completion from the Roane County Chamber of Commerce. Members of the Chamber are encouraged to register selected employees.\n\n\n\nThose with at least two years of workplace experience including college students and technology center students are encouraged to attend this exciting series!
