SUMMARY:Roane County Employer's Association - Employee Surveys to Assess and Promote Engagement
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for lunch on Tuesday\, June 11th for\n\nEmployee Surveys to Assess and Promote Engagement\n\nPresented by Dr. Stacy Myers\, founder and President of E-Assessments Inc.\n\n \n\nAssessments can bring to your organization. They normally consist of a series of questions organized into themes or frames of reference. These groups often consist of questions about satisfaction\, the job\, team\, supervisor\, and overall organization. You ask the questions\, get the answers\, and implement change. Mission accomplished!\n\nWait - not so fast. Neither surveys nor change is that easy.\n\n \n\nAccumulating real data before making organizational changes that impact culture is essential. This session explores a basic model for planning\, administering\, processing\, and working surveys as a way to target employee engagement opportunities. The result is not only better data but a more engaged workforce in working issues that impact the employee. This results in greater "buy-in" for proposed changes and ownership of results.\n\nJoin Dr. Stacy Myers and learn about the many considerations in conducting surveys\, including survey goals\, survey planning and design\, administration\, data collection and analysis\, giving survey feedback to management and staff\, taking action\, and more. \n\n\n\nLunch is provided to Roane County Employers' Association (RCEA) members and first-time guests of non-member organizations. Additional attendees from RCEA member organizations pay $15 to attend the meeting. Lunch is provided at the meeting. The first-time representative of non-member organizations are our guest\, other non-members pay $20 to attend the meeting.
