SUMMARY:Say Yes to the Prom Dress!
DESCRIPTION:The Roane County Chamber Ambassador team will be hosting a "Say Yes to the Prom Dress" Event on March 9th\,2019 from 11AM-4PM at The Jim Henry Event Center. This event makes it possible for every Roane County student that is eligible to attend their high school prom\, regardless of family financial difficulties. The Prom event receives no actual funding and relies strictly on community donations. As such we are asking our community partners and local business to aide us in providing this service. Help can be given in the form of a donated prom related service or a financial contribution to be applied to services. Hosting events to benefit Roane County residents with no funding depends on hard work and community members just like you. Local residents can donate dresses\, tuxes\, shoes and accessories they no longer use to be given to prom attendees who have the need for them. With your help we can give teens in need confidence\, pride\, and an amazing experience for their prom night.
