Event Description:
Your personality can have a great deal of impact on your career-and your success in it – but you probably don't have time to think about your personality style often. During this presentation, you will. Personality tests are now used by many organizations in hiring, professional development, and performance evaluation. The tests are also used to enable coworkers to better understand and communicate with one another.

While there are a ton of different personality tests available, it’s generally not too difficult to identify the primary personality type of an individual, as well as secondary types. This presentation uses the “BEST” Model Personality Style Evaluation which comes from selecting 18 statements among 36  that best reflect your unique personality style. We will focus on your strengths as an individual and:
  • Complete your personal “BEST” Model Personality Style Evaluation
  • Discover the four basic personality styles
  • Determine strengths and weaknesses of each style
  • Identify effective ways to approach each style
  • Develop a plan of action to increase cooperation with your most challenging style
